Can anyone share his/her experience with some of the commercially available microfluidic culture systems for primary neurons and/or later application to live cell imaging? Thank you!
I am using an Ibidis flow chamber system. It is a general system. It is easy to handle but a little expensive. I have to say I use it for culturing of endothelial cells. The manufacturer offers a lot of different slides - so maybe thats it what you are searching for.
We summarized and compared various approaches to the study of neurons in vitro in a review article that may be of help to you.
