I found this at google, and I will use this protocol in microarray. but there's no probe's concentration, blocking DNA and buffer only. 1X buffer is 24ul, and blocking agent is 20ug, but NO probe's concentration. this protocol say
Resuspend labeled probe (Cy3/Cy5 probe mixture: see SOP-M004 http://intranet.jtc.jcvsf.org/sops/M004.pdf ) in 24µL of preheated 1X hybridization buffer.
but I cannot access.
can someone help me?
+In this protocol, use poly(A) and COT1 DNA, but I will uses oligonucleotide both target and probe. Is that OK I using blocking agent COT1 DNA only?
