we are developing a standard competitive assay for small bio-molecule. we are regularly noticing a hook kind of higher signal for one of the middle calibrator (Calibrator concentration and purity is checked and confirmed). Some literature mentioned this may be due to the high of low capture and analyte ratio. So would like to know if any standard formats available for the calculation of capture Ab, Analyte and conjugate concentration
