What is the reason behind the increase in flexural strength by increasing glass fiber (randomly oriented fiber) weight percentage?

My dear
Most or more composites, there a specific percentage, it has special characteristics that are unique to that ratio at the add of phase glass fiber to resin. The increase or less that occurs above this new percentage becomes bears characteristics similar to the more of that phase in the composite
If the interfacial bonding of matrix and fibre is good than flexural strength will definately improve.
