The company provided only one 96 well plate in the kit, which I have used but the reagents in the kit still remains. I am now thinking of using another 96 well plate different from the one the company provided but I am afraid if I would get reasonable result.

You may use 96-well plates from another manufacturer. You may use Flat-bottomed, 96-well plates made from polystyrene. I suppose there should not be any significant difference in their utility. Avoid using Tissue Culture-treated plates for ELISA as the manufacturing process is different. It is recommended to include a standard curve on each plate to avoid plate-to-plate variation.

Yes, you can use it if the plate is indicated for the same analyte (antigen) of interest. Note that the company plate/wells are impregnated with antibody for binding to antigen in your sample.
