For the production of a monoclonal antibody against a receptor I need to synthesize a part of receptor (about 30 amino acid conjugated with BSA) and then immunized mice with this peptide accompanied with an adjvant. However, the results of ELISA, immunohistochemistry and western blot are very weak so we think the peptide may have a bad sequence.

For this reason we decided to immunize mice with whole cells that have over expressed this antigen.

Will the cancer cells result in tumorgenesis in the body of the mice?

Is this method are correct?

Do you have any suggestions or methods?

Please help me handle this problem.
