Can I use calcein am/ ethidium homodimer-1 kit to evaluate the viability of sperm?

Hi all, I use calcein am/ ethidium homodimer-1 kit to stain sperm. But in some cells I see both green and red signals. Should I evaluate those cells as live or dead cell?
