Can I still use Bluo-gal if I added water and not DMSO?

I was going to make a stock solution for Bluogal but realized after already adding water to the new vial of 100mg Bluogal that I should’ve added DMSO. Did I just ruin that whole vial, or is there a way to still use it or fix it?
