I am currently working on an exhibit on the truth behind the Upper Peninsula(U.P.) gaining its own statehood. I have found information on taxes from each county in the U.P. but I am looking for any other information. Specifically tax distribution per county in Michigan at least. Any information/ resources would be fantastic!
have you considered a futures study where you look at the possible scenarios emerging from this?

Brian Barnard I am trying to find current data which I could use to generalize what the economy would be like. The information could be used to look at future scenarios, but currently I am just seeking information.

that means you know the possible and potential scenarios? it does imply that.
Brian Barnard I am mainly looking for information regarding how taxes are redistributed in counties and how much each county gets for different government funded aspects. Examples being the amount of money spent on roads and parks in a specific county. I would then compare counties of similar populations in the UP to downstate.
