I had control cells and performer ELISA analyses group (time 0). I stimulated cells with substance A and B and cultivated for 1, 2 and 3 hours. On each cells I performed ELISA. I have results from groups:

time 0, no substance A or B

time 1, substance A

time 2, substance A

time 3 substance A

time 1, substance B

time 2, substance B

time 3 substance B

The problem is I do not have groups:

time 1, no substance A or B

time 2, no substance A or B

time 3, no substance A or B

Can I do two way ANOVA (factors: time and substance), despite some groups are missing, to check how the factors impact ELISA results and do post hoc test?
