Hello,

I have weights over 5 weeks for 2 different groups (the animals in group A are different from animals in group B).

I have thought to use a 2-way repeated measure ANOVA to see if there are significant differences between group A and B at any time point.

However, now I'm starting to have doubts whether it is the right approach - I am reading that a 2-way repeated ANOVA is usually used if participants in group A and B are the same (i.e., group A and B are different treatments but done on the same animals over time).

Could someone please advise?

Many thanks
