I will give the mouse MB49 cell line to C57BL/6 strain for the purpose of build the bladder cancer model. But I have a problem. Company that I can get this cell line has derived MB49 cells from C57BL/Icrf-a’ mouse bladder epithelial cells. I have the C57BL/6 strain.. Can I inject MB49 cell line to the C57BL/6 strain which derived from C57BL/Icrf-a strain. İs an immune response occur when I inject the cells? Can I generate a mouse bladder model like this?
