Can I grow NCI-H295R cells in media with FBS supplement?

Hi all,

As stated in the header, I will like to know if anyone had any issues with growing NCI-295R cells in media containing FBS. I understand that many people prefer to grow them in Nu-serum, however because of the lack availability for this supplement here I am wondering if FBS use is possible?

have you successful?

we bought H29R from ATCC, we found it can adherent when initiate culture. but it can not double，can about 10 days it grow old and showed many debris of death.
