My lab usually grows HEK293FT cells in an adherent monolayer culture. However, I wanted to try and increase our recombinant protein yield by growing the cells in suspension. I think this is possible because HEK293F cells are designed to grow in suspension but I wanted to double-check. Any information will be helpful thank you.
