Hi, I don't know if you use lipofectamine 2000, in this case there are some suggetions and tips to help increasing trasfection. You can read this researchgate discussion https://www.researchgate.net/post/Can_anybody_suggest_efficient_conditions_for_C2C12_myoblasts_transfection

To improve the transfection efficiency you have to pay attention to the confluence of C2C12. If you want to use lipofectamine it is better to buy the best product for your cells, read this: http://www.thermofisher.com/it/en/home/brands/product-brand/lipofectamine/lipofectamine-3000.html

If you want to change the transfection reagent, you can follow the previuos suggestions or find other solutions in internet
