I am wanting to knock down and do combinations of knock downs via siRNA or possibly siRNA/shRNA combinations to look at the effects of the knock down of a specific gene family with 3 family members in MDA-231 breast cancer cells.

It is possible to do multiple knowdown of genes of the same family. MDA-MB-231 itself a very robust cell line. Kindly find the attached papers.
