Cadence generic PDK FinFet download?

I have managed to Cadence generic PDK 45nm from the web [1] and found it very good.

If somebody could send or link the Generic cadence FinFet PDK "cds_ff_mpt" for studying that'd be great.

[1] I cannot access pdk.cadence.com to download and the system administrator will not.

7nm FinFET node downloadable PDK from http://asap.asu.edu is next to useless. Cadence generic PDK FinFet is probably a fully formed virtual foundary like the 45nm version which is great.
