I doubt that you will be able to discriminate M1 and M2 macrophages with your marker panel. I have attached an interesting study looking at markers that discriminate between M1 and M2 macrophages that were differentiated from bone marrow cells on both RNA and protein level. Besides they include FACS stainings for cell surface markers like Egr2 and c-Myc and compare it to Arg-1 and CD206 always considered the canonical M2 markers. For M1 they propose CD38 and Gpr18 as best markers. Of all of those markers at least Egr2 is definitely no problem in IHC!
I am not sure, if this will hold true in context of an anti-tumor response, but it might be worth a try.
