Can I centrifuge magnetic GST beads

The instruction manual is telling me not to centrifuge my magnetic GST beads:

However, I don't have a magnetic stand and would like to concentrate them that way.

Does anyone have any experience with spinning these beads down, or know the consequences of spinning too rapidly?

Dear Sammy,

Ofcourse you can spin GST beads but not more than 2000rpm however, if you intend to extract proteins bound to GST beads in the eventual step, you ofcourse have to centrifuge at maximum speed (>16000rpm).
