We first isolated some PGPR. We carried out a gram test, and we found they were gram-positive bacteria. Then, we induced these bacteria with EMS to get mutants.
After mutation, we grew mutants, and we found greenish-blue pigment on nutrient agar. We examined the gram type of these mutants, and they were gram-positive too.
Could the other bacteria, except for Pseudomonas aeruginosa, produce pyocyanin as the result of mutation?

I don't have any experience with EMS mutagenesis or pyocyanin production by gram-positives. I was just wondering... Have you tried other methods to better understand what kind of bacterium you're working with? Have you confirmed your gram stain results, for example, with the KOH test?
It might not be pyocyanin. There are several other bacterial pigments that are green or blue in color and soluble in water. Some Bacillus and also Actinobacteria can produce siderophores of different coloration (brown, green, pink).
