Hello, I have a mirrored compound with a disulphide bond.
I plant to reduce it using sodium tetrahydroborate in THF, and then in the same vial bind the thiol ends of the broken chain to a modified surface with alquenes.
My question is, will the thiol-ene immobilisation work on THF?

Yes, THF is a usual solvent for thiol-ene reaction for base-catalized and some radical-catalized conditions (e.g. for UV-sensitive initiators). However, for catalysis with transition metal photocatalysts it is less common.
