Can Cas9 precipitate in solution?

Hey!

Does it happen to you that Cas9 in solution precipitate depending on the delivery method (eg. lipofectamine)? It doesn`t have the same effect if I use the same cas9 with instead of lipofectamine I do electroporation/nucleofection. If it happens to you what would you recommend? reduce the amount?
