To make the best use of these forums, you should first become thoroughly acquainted with HPLC fundamentals and concepts, then read the documentation supplied with your HPLC system and software and finally be sure and obtain formal introductory training in the use of the system from a class and/or experienced chromatographer. Once these basic steps have been completed, please specify the exact make and module type (P/N) and ask your detailed question here (being sure to include all method details in your initial post) and users will try and advise you.

If you have purchased a new Agilent HPLC system, they will give you full support of installation and training. If you have some fundamental knowledge of working principle of HPLC, many operation catalogs are available. If you are facing a specific problem during the operation you can mention the same.
