Many journals are available on social sciences but many of these charges for publication in some form or other.I am in search of a journal where I and my students can publish at free of cost.
I would say that practically all the best journals are free to pubish in. It is the ones which charge that you need to avoid.
You can try journals in Iran, Thailand and Turkey. They are usually with good IF, index in Scopus, Thompson Reuters and free publication.
It might also be a good idea to check the open access journals listed by the Directory of Open Access Journals (https://doaj.org/). The list provided by DOAJ includes information relating to article processing charge.
