the best way should be infect the cells with lentivirus or adenovirus carrying MyoD gene, even better using an inducible gene expression likewise MyoD-ER inducible with tamoxifen!!!!

Thank you, I appreciate you answer. So, it sounds not very different from the classical papers that first found MyoD1. May I ask which plasmid you reccomend? Is that any one commercially available?

Actually for the paper Tedesco et al., 2012 published in Science Trasl Med they used MyoD-ER in order to ameliorate human derived iPS myogenic property. Thus I think you can easily get the same MyoD-ER plasmid from Addgene.
