I am looking for a good muscarinic acetylcholine (M1 or M2) receptor antibody suitable to stain mouse brain cryosections using free-floating immunohistochemistry. Can anyone suggest a suitable one previously used?
I recommend a free antibody database available at labome.com. For antibodies to muscarinic acetylcholine receptor M2 you can check the following link: https://www.labome.com/review/gene/human/CHRM2-antibody.html. LifeSpan Biosciences has CHRM2 antibody (LifeSpan BioScience, LS-C124189) (Cheng et al., Am J Respir Cell Mol Biol. 2014). In addition, EMD Millipore provides rat monoclonal (M2-2-B3) MAB367 ab for IHC (Csaba et al, J Comp Neurol. 2013). Sigma-Aldrich has CHRM2 antibody (Sigma Aldrich, M9558) used in immunohistochemistry on mouse samples at 1:300 (Donovan et al, Am J Respir Cell Mol Biol. 2015).
