I have basic knowledge for nucleotide sequence analysis and gene annotation. I am looking forward for certification course which would give an insight into NGS technology, alignment of reads using reference genome, visualization of mapped reads, gene expression quantification, differential expression analysis, pathway, differential plots (Heatmap & volcano plot), gene ontology enrichment analysis, pathway network analysis and basics on R programming.

There is an illumina initiative to provide the training and support for the scientists. Contact the company for better information in indian context. You being an entry level in NGS, ebi course is not particularly what you want. As a DIY starter try these tutorial
