Can anyone suggest a computer software for modelling the effect of ozone on reduction of DOC and THMs?

I need to do the simulation of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) and trihalomethanes (THMs) reduction by applying ozone at different doses.

You may try simulations using R (statistical scripting language). If you are interested to try using python/VTK - consider MayaVi2, Paraview to name a few.

I am limiting to opensouce applications only. R has a good library of readily deployable statistical techniques. Visit www.r-project.org or google to get started.
