Can anyone share their protocol for DNA extraction from tissues stored in RNAlater? Is the purity and yield good enough for NGS applications?

I don't think there would be any problem with extraction and quality of DNA if the samples were stored in RNAlater and on right temperature. RNAlater just prevent the protection from enzymes for mainly RNA or may be DNA. If the physical degradation has been inhibited by freezing temperature, DNA should be in good shape. As far as I know you also don't need any special protocols for DNA extraction.
