I am interested in making melatonin solution, with refrence to an article, which i am attaching for your refrence: "The cut flowers of Rosa hybrida cv. ‘First Red’ were obtained from a local growerand immediately transported to the laboratorywith stems immersed in tap water-filled buckets. Upon arrival, flowers were cut to 40 cm length and leaves were removed, exceptthe top two leaves. Melatonin (Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, MO, USA) was used to prepare "the concentrations of 0, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 mM using 0.5 mL ethanol and then diluted in500 mL distilled water." Based on the above cited, how would you advice i proceed with the making of mother solution for my experiment?
