Can anyone recommend a commercial kit for fluorescence staining of human mitochondrial DNA?

Hello everyone,

I would like to detect human mitochondrial DNA in a xenograft model by fluorescence staining. Can anyone recommend a commercial kit, please? Thanks in advance :-)

Hi,

You can use anti-DNA antibodies, like in this publication:

Organization and dynamics of human mitochondrial DNA

Or for live cells, use PicoGreen:
