In my database there are 200 separate records for TiO2 in every system bar cubic!

Why don't go and search for data on COD?

I don't have access to a database, but in order for others to help, you will at least need to provide the polymorph name of the TiO2, eg. rutile, anatase, etc. or if not one of the common polymorphs, the expected space group of the system.  As Ian noted, there are just a few entries for TiO2 in the database.
