You can use urea as a nitrogen source instead of thiourea to get N doped TiO2 under same conditions. Since, thiourea contains sulphur as well nitrogen, so there is more chance for sulphur to get doped or sometimes for the both.
Sir, I dont know about this and I have not tried neither read about these compounds for N-doping. My question is comparing with urea, used for N-doping. So also thiourea?
