Can anyone tell me how to find 001 facet in TiO2 from HRTEM data?

I know to find hkl values for anatase/rutile TiO2(101,004 etc.). I want to find 001, 010, facets from same data. Can anyone suggest method or some software for that? And if you have standard data such as JCPDS for TEM study of TiO2?
