I have recorded XRD of TiO2 sample and I am getting mixed phase peaks. Can any one tell me the procedure to find the % of two phases?
Also I want to know how to find % amorphous and crystalline of a powdered sample from XRD. Please help me out.

Try Spur-Mayer analysis in your XRD profiles for rutile and anatase. See, for example, page 25 of:

Amorphous and crystalline I another matter of which I have little experience.
A careful density measurement by gas pycnometer may also give a crude estimation of the proportions in mixed powder of the material.
