I want to over express my gene of interest in HeLa cell line, I will be highly grateful if some one can provide me Lentiviral transfer vectors (2nd generation with GFP/RFP). I do have psPAX2 and pMD2.G for packaging and we are regular in the generating lentiviral particles to knockdown gene of interest.

PLKo.1 is for cloning ShRNA and we do have it already, I am in search of expression vectors...
I would also be interested to find out the overexpression vectors. What I used to do is to use pLL3.7 (also available from addgene) vector for both gene knockdown and rescue. I replaced gfp with gfp fusion protein containing gene of interest under CMV promoter, while shRNA is inserted after U6 promotor. I guess it would work for overexpression by only manipulating gene after CMV promotor without shRNA insertion.
