I want to know:
Is there any database to check the screen the effecr of miRNA/ compound(inhibitors) on different protein expressions and functions???
for example: miRNA 9 has different target genes which it inhibits there by activating/ inhibiting different pathways??
PD0325901 will inhibit ERK pathway.. i want to know exactly protein interactions of PD and is there any other proteins getting effected by the same inhibitor??
Please help me with this one.

Hey Challagundla, not sure what you mean? Are you trying to figure out if a miRNA and an inhibitor target the same protein for down regulation/inhibition? To my knowledge there isn't one database that connects this for you, but I may be wrong!
The miRNA target databases are all in silico. There is one I know of that will actually show you the targets that have been functionally validated: http://mirtarbase.mbc.nctu.edu.tw/index.php
From there you can ie. look at all of the proteins validated of miR-9 and compare them to your inhibitor. As for what the inhibitor targets this varies. Some inhibitors are very well characterized while others have non-specific functions. Best to look at the company data sheet and look at any biochemical-type characterizations available in literature. Best of luck!
