I have done SEM analysis for my crystal, don't know how to describe it and which image should I put in paper.

Why have you used SEM? What you wanted to find? Will your paper benefit from the picture? It looks like you just do not need it.
Firstly, your SEM picture what does reflect?; The phase separation; the relationship between what the picture revealed and the desired properties of your sample; Pores or mesopore in your SEM picture; what is the extra-value by presenting like pictures. do some comparaison with simular others works.
Got oi thanks. I need a single crystal good enough for single diffraction, but unfortunately turn out to be very thin one not suitable for sxrd. so i did SEM to discuss about morphology
