Can someone suggest me or share here book about basics of crystallography. I don't have major in crystallography.
What parts of crystallography are relevant for you? Powder XRD? Single crystal XRD? Macromolecular crystallography?

Arshad: I once made commented CIF with the description of individual entries for my students as a part of the textbook. It is in Slovak, but however if you are interested, maybe I can try to make English version.

But frankly speaking I don,t have idea about none of the above terms, my major is organic, so I find it difficult to understand above terms.

When I first time saw the CIF (1998 maybe?) I was somewhat shocked, but now it is for me "fully human readable" :)

To publish the CIF data you can use CIF publishing tools. One of the best comes from the RSC, link below. Instructions to use it are easy.

Most crystallography programs should allow you to produce tables or reports on your CIF. Who ever did your crystallography for you should be able to do this for you in a matter of seconds.
The crystallography books may not necessarily teach you much about CIFs although a basic understanding will allow you to understand the CIF information more easily.
