I recommend you to change the external terminal to "floating potential" and then add a "floating potential" node under electrostatics instead of the terminal voltage node. It also better in this case to solve it using "fully coupled" solver. I change that and now is running, but I cannot interpret the results since I'm not familiarized with this application.

Are you sure the application of the load is correct?

Thanks for your reply @Juan J. Rojas . I would definitely try your suggestion. i tried to make PZT cantilever as an Energy harvester and there is an example of 2D model in comsol website where they use resister as an external load. Hence I followed their ways.

Did you check the model I uploaded?
