Hello Jamshaid Alam Khan, Thanks for your reply. I wanted to know mainly "composition". I have tried to change the compound named CUR structurally where a the element "N" is incorporated. Additional information of any kind will also be helpful if possible.

Better you can analyze tthis graph with JCPDS. You will get good idea. As of now with your graph i can recommend some thing

1) grain size is almost equal to crystallite size since we got broader peaks.... Try FWHW value to analyse d spacing and atomic arrangement.

First you characterised tha bare sample of XRD and than other dopeing sample XRD, again match both pick position of both sample and find crystallite size of sample.

I looked over yiur file.... Check fir 14 and 26 2theta. They might be a pivotal peaks.....

In my guess the N th ekement yiu add is graphite. Am i right?
