Can anyone help for nonspesific cells in my primary monocyte culture in IF?

I isolated primary monocyte from patient, and then I done immunofluorescence staining with phalloidin. But some cell without nuclei are stained with phalloidin. You can see in the picture. How can I remove them from culture?(I washed them 3 times with PBS) Any recommendation?

They look like a red blood cells. You can wash them in non physiological concentration of saline on order to burst them with water.
