could you suggest a method for calculating the number of defects that occur in the structure due to interaction between radiation and MWCNTs? but it is required for 4 types of radiation (gamma, neutron, electron and proton).

Hello, SRIM 2013 would give you direct damage information from energetic protons starting with a minimum energy of 10 keV.. Unfortunately there is no direct simulation code for fast neutrons. You basically have to calcuate the energy and probabilities for producing recoil ions from the constituent atoms of your material and then input those results into SRIM 2013 to get simulations for fast neutron induced damage. For electrons and gammas I suggest using the NIEL, Non-Ionizing Electronic Energy Loss code which I believe you can get online.
