I need 25 pmol of primers for each sample, and all of my primers are currently at a concentration of 10uM. Could someone help me figure out how to do this? I know it's basic chemistry, I just need to get it right.
In fact: 1 pmol/uL = 1 uM, if your primers working concentration is 25uM and you have your primers stock concentration at 10uM you should multiply your primers volume by 2.5 to reach the final required concentration. Eg.: instead of putting 1 uL you will put 2.5uL of your [10uM] primers and don't forget to subtract this volume (3uL for the primers pair) from that of water.
