But, I just want to add one more point: These papers and findings are mostly based on the athletes who were not under any steroid usage, and it should be noted that, nowadays, almost all the elite athletes use steroids but with different dosage and it can affect all the environmental factors, as it affect endocrine system.
I am giving you this information, based on my 2 years training under national team as a professional athlete and communication with elite athletes from different fields and in different countries.
