Is it possible to identify and isolate prostate stem cells from the commercially available prostate cancer cell lines?
Will cancer stem cells also will be present in the commercially available cancer cell lines?

I am working with thyroid cancer cell lines and I isolated like-cancer stem cells from them, I used the sphere formation assay and my cells grown in suspension like spheres and I was able to pass the spheres for several generations, to support the self-renewal.
