Hello every one,

Can a 35-year-old researcher (from Iran) with 4 ISI articles (IF 2, 2, 1, and 0.3) and IELTS score 6.5 find a job as a postdocs fellow or an Assistant Professor? The field of study is a Ph.D. in biology-molecular genetics with experiences in making GMOs, transgenic plants and bacteria, and in general biotechnology, with no experience in teaching in universities or official jobs (with insurance) in companies, but with good experiences in performing PCR, ELISA, and gene cloning. I have sent my CV to a lot of faculties in different countries, but I think maybe the other researchers have a better CV or experience, so they are accepted for postdocs or lecturer, or Assistant Professor.
