The MIPs based on acrylate polymer ( MAA. TRIM) are used to imprint Au-NPs but removing the particles from the polymer is a big trouble now. I tried ( SDS1%+AcOH 10% and SDS1% +NaOH 0.05 for 1-2 day washing) different ways till now! non of them worked!!!
Any idea about organic solvents? washing conditions (heat, stir speed, time)?

If your mips can withstand the presence of thiols, you could try dissolving the nanoparticles

Hello Mahdieh,
You may try swelling the polymer with acetone vapor and then wash away the particles with water.
or try hydrogen peroxide washing.
