Hello Mr. Varaprasad,
In your paper "Analysis of cough and analgesic range of pharmaceutical active ingredients using RP-HPLC method" you mentioned that solution A is a buffer, is it ammonium acetate pH 6.8?
It was also stated that during the development that ammonium acetate pH 6.8 and ACN was used in a ratio of 30:70 v/v but in the final method the highest concentration of ACN is only 32%. please explain how you came to this conclusion.
