The MDS says the solution and supplement can be stored separately at 4°C for up to 3 months. Can I mix the two components and freeze them at -20°C for longer, or is it better to store the two components separately at 4°C?

We keep them separately at 4C and mix more or less exactly what we need just before electroporation.

so I recently added the entire nuclefector supplement to the amaxa nucleofector solution. DO you think it is still good to use post-3 months of adding them together? (I've kept them sterile)
